If you are an incoming student and are looking to pay your enrollment (and housing if applicable) deposit(s) please click here DEBIT/CREDIT CARD SERVICE FEE: Beginning June 4, 2019, all debit and credit card payments will be subject to a service fee equal to 2.75% of the payment amount (minimum $1.00 fee). The service fee will be charged and retained by our service provider. To avoid incurring the service fee, the following alternative payment options are available that will not be subject to this service fee: (1) e-check payments made with a checking or savings account; (2) wire transfers; and (3) check payments. Online students are not eligible for MCPHS’s student health insurance plan. Students will be automatically enrolled in the MCPHS health plan unless an electronic waiver is completed annually in the 1st semester of attendance by the waiver deadline. For more information about health insurance plan and completing the waiver form please go to: Student Health Insurance Waiver Deadlines: Fall Semester- August 1st Bill Due Dates: Fall Semester- August 1st Spring Semester- December 2nd WAIVER PROCESSING: Please allow 5-7 business days for health insurance waivers to be processed and for your health insurance charge to be removed. LATE FEES: A $500 Late Fee will be applied to any students account not paid by the scheduled due date and a SFS hold will be placed on the student's MCPHS account. Account Placement Fee: A $100 Account Recovery Fee will be applied to any students account not paid by the scheduled due date and placed with Heartland ESCI for collection on outstanding balance.
